Where we ship

We ship across Lebanon. International shipping is available to a selected list of countries.

Shipping rates

Delivery within Lebanon is charged at a flat rate of $5.00 per order.

For international destinations, the shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Orders within Beirut are typically delivered in about 2 working days. Across the rest of Lebanon, delivery takes around 5 working days on average.

These are averages rather than guarantees, and delivery may take longer during public holidays or periods of high demand.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available on orders shipped within Lebanon. You pay the courier when your order arrives.

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
