Delivery and payment
How your order reaches you, and how you pay for it.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes about 2 working days in Beirut and around 5 working days on average across the rest of Lebanon. These are averages rather than guarantees. Public holidays and busy periods can add a day or two.
Can I pay when the order arrives?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship in Lebanon, and it is how most of our orders are paid for. You pay the courier when your order arrives. Nothing is charged up front.
Products and returns
Checking a product fits your device, and what happens if it does not.
How do I know this fits my device?
Every product lists the devices it was made for under Product details. If your model is on that list, it fits. If you are unsure, message us with your device and we will confirm before you order.
What if the item is not right?
Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or a refund, provided the item is unused and in the same condition you received it. Full terms are in our returns and refund policy.
